Prepared a Strategic Options Study Report for COMSEC to inform the renewal and repositioning of the organisation. Proposals were developed in respect of the organisational model, services, governance and management requirements with an implementation plan. COMSEC provides local economic development support with special emphasis on small enterprise development.
