The broad goal of the Ntinga II programme is to improve the quality of services delivered by support institutions — both business development service (BDS) providers and micro-finance institutions (MFIs) — to growth-oriented micro-enterprises. The project involved conducting an assessment of the performance and achievements of the programme on behalf of World Education South Africa.
