Project Description: Provided technical assistance in the conceptualisation, planning and execution of a project review (output to purpose). The project was aimed at supporting the established of cooperative enterprises through recycling activities. The project was executed in collaboration with VAPI Consulting.

Project Description: Developed training material for local and international exhibition participation for SMMEs. The material was developed as part of the training interventions under the Tourism Enterprise Programme.

Project Description: Developed an SME Guide for Trading in Africa to assist small enterprise in doing business in Africa. The project was undertaken under contract to TAP Consulting.

Project Description: Provided technical assistance in the planning and execution of 4 Policy Dialogue Workshops as part of the ESIPP Sector Partnership Meetings. . The workshops were held in South Africa, Tanzania, Zambia and Namibia. This project is undertaken in collaboration with International Trade Projects.

Services: Strategy Formulation and Implementation/ Organisation Design and Process Optimisation

Duration: October 2007 – March 2008

Project Description: Prepared a Strategic Options Study Report for COMSEC to inform the renewal and repositioning of the organisation. Proposals were developed in respect of the organisational model, services, governance and management requirements with an implementation plan. COMSEC provides local economic development support with special emphasis on small enterprise development.
