Information architecture and data management, together with the automation of processes and applications, form the key areas of systemsanalysisagainst the strategic priorities of the organisation and how effectively the existing information, communication and networking technologies support these. Our analysis focuses on the quality of the data produced and the extent to which the existing systems (and their integration) are effective in capturing and analysing the data and information. The analysis provides the basis for the formulation proposals for further enhancement of the underlying information, communication and networking technologies.
